A Step is an email you sent to your customer on the scheduled day

A Step is simply an email sent to your lead on the scheduled day. For example, you can create an email campaign using the following steps:

On Day 1, you send a "Hello, how are you" email
On Day 4, you send a "follow up" email
On Day 8, you send an "are you interested?" email
On Day 15, you send a "last call" email

Each of these emails can be considered as steps.

Each Step has its own email subject, email text, and scheduled day (the day when it should be sent).

Each email campaign should include at least one step.

After you begin the campaign and the first email is sent, the existing steps cannot be deleted. However, you can always add new steps to your campaign.
