Managing Senders blacklist in Gmail

  1. Open the email with the Sender you want to block.
  2. Click the More button (3 vertical dots) at the top right, next to the Reply button (do not confuse with the "More" button in the activity bar at the top).
  3. Press the Block [sender_name] button.

  4. In the confirmation window, click Block.

How to remove the Sender from the blacklist
  1. Click the Settings button as a gear icon on the top right.
  2. Click the Settings button.

  3. Click the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
  4. At the bottom, you will see the field The following email addresses are blocked. Messages from these addresses will appear in Spam: and the line below with the blocked emails.
  5. Click the Unblock button next to the email address you wish to unblock. If you want to unlock multiple emails at once, highlight the checkboxes on the left and click Unblock selected addresses.
