How to Undo Actions on an iPhone

Most of us are familiar with the convenience of using an iPhone, but sometimes we may accidentally do something we didn’t mean to do. Delete a Text Message

If you’ve accidentally deleted a text message, the good news is that you may be able to recover it. To undo the deleted text message, open the Messages app and find the conversation that contained the deleted message. Swipe left on the conversation, then tap “More” and select “Unsend.”

If you can’t find the message, it may be because it was deleted before your device had a chance to sync with iCloud. To recover the message, you’ll need to restore your device from a backup.
