Step 1: Insert a CD

The first step in burning a CD on Windows 10 is to insert a CD into your computer’s CD drive. Once the CD is inserted, Windows will recognize the disc, and a notification will appear in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.

Step 2: Open the “Windows Explorer” window

Once the CD has been inserted, open the “Windows Explorer” window by clicking on the icon in the taskbar. This will open a window containing all the files and folders on your computer.

Step 3: Create a new folder

The next step is to create a new folder on the CD. To do this, click on the “New Folder” button in the top left-hand corner of the window. A new folder will be created and will appear in the list of folders.

Step 4: Add files to the folder
